Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WebCallHub service, the WebCallHub website at webcallhub.com, the WebCallHub WordPress plugin, and any related APIs, widgets, and applications (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated jointly by HSG IT USA LLC (Austin, Texas, USA) and HSG IT Services Oy (Finland) (together, “we”, “us”, “WebCallHub”). By using the Service, you (“you”, “Customer”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

WebCallHub provides a browser-based click-to-call widget that lets visitors on your website connect to your team via WebRTC audio calls. The Service includes the hosted widget runtime, signaling infrastructure, optional transcription and AI voice-agent features, the administrator dashboard, and the WebCallHub WordPress plugin.

5. WordPress Plugin

The WebCallHub WordPress plugin is distributed under the GPL-2.0-or-later license. Use of the plugin itself is free; the plugin loads the WebCallHub widget from our servers to provide calling functionality, which requires an active WebCallHub account. See the Privacy Policy for the data the plugin transmits.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and documentation (excluding the GPL-licensed WordPress plugin source), is owned by WebCallHub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., TURN/STUN relays, speech-to-text APIs, email delivery, payment processors). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the providers’ own terms.

9. Availability and Support

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when practical. Support is provided via email at info@webcallhub.com.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or place the Service or other users at risk. On termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period (see the Privacy Policy).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBCALLHUB’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WebCallHub harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA (for customers contracting with HSG IT USA LLC) or Finland (for customers contracting with HSG IT Services Oy), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Austin, Texas or Helsinki, Finland respectively.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
